Overview
Capgemini, the biggest french consultant agency briefed me to improve the LCL bank app. The context was a global rework of the whole product so it had a lot of users flow to create or update. I first began to work on real estate loan management, and how a loan subscriber could change the payment of it. This mission involved a lot of user research due to the criticality of the product.
Then I worked on the global information architecture of the product to display the accesses to all the bank services in a meaningful and useful way. I also improved the money transfer user flow to make it more simple and more understandable. I loved this mission because I stepped up in the way I drive some user research and gather some insights.
