Accor Live Limitless is the biggest french hotel group. They own a lot of hotel brands from all price ranges. My mission was to help the feature teams to improve the booking funnel (“Search N Book”). My tasks were based on the user discovery to its checkout. The main goal was to display a large range of information, especially the rates, to convert the prospect.
I had to deal with many constraints depending on a large panel of use cases. From fidelity advantages to adding clarity about the resort fees or implementing special offers into the results list, I was interested in collaborating with this famous client. I learned a lot of insights about user conversion, information architecture, and rate psychology.
